Affiliate Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This Affiliate Agreement is entered into between AffVector (“AffVector”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or company that registers for and is approved into the AffVector affiliate program (the “Affiliate”, “you”).

By registering, accessing your account, or promoting any AffVector brand, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and every policy in the AffVector Trust Center.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts. Where you register as a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Approval is at AffVector’s discretion. We may request verification of your identity, ownership of traffic sources, and business details before or during the partnership.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that takes place under your account. One partner may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. The affiliate’s role

Once approved, you receive tracking links and creative assets to promote the AffVector brands you are assigned. You agree to promote them lawfully, honestly, and only through the channels you declared and we approved.

You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

5. Commissions

You earn commission under the model agreed for your account — CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid. How commission is calculated, qualified, approved, and paid is set out in full in the Payments Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Marketing conduct

Your promotion must at all times comply with the Traffic Policy and Compliance Policy. Traffic generated in breach of those policies may be rejected, reversed, or forfeited, and repeated or serious breaches may end the partnership.

7. Brand and intellectual property

AffVector and the brands you promote retain all rights to their names, logos, and creative. You may use approved assets only to promote those brands under this Agreement, and only in the form we provide. You may not register domains, app names, social handles, or trademarks that imitate our brands.

8. Confidentiality

Commercial terms, rates, reports, and non-public information shared with you are confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the partnership without our written consent.

9. Term and termination

This Agreement runs until terminated. Either party may terminate for convenience on written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, or legal or regulatory reasons.

On termination, your right to promote our brands ends immediately. Commission validly earned before termination is paid in the normal cycle, subject to the Payments and Traffic policies; commission linked to breach or fraud is forfeited.

10. Liability

The program is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AffVector is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

11. Changes and governing terms

We may update this Agreement and the Trust Center policies as described in the Governance Policy. The version and effective date shown at the top of each document controls. Continued participation after an update means you accept it.
