Governance Policy
How policies change, how disputes are handled, and how automated decisions are governed.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out how the AffVector program is governed — how these documents change, how disputes are resolved, and how we use automation and AI responsibly.
2. Changes to policies
We may update the Trust Center policies to reflect legal, regulatory, commercial, or operational changes. Each document carries a version number and effective date. We publish updates on this site and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the change.
3. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to resolve it in good faith through your affiliate manager or our support channel. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law and jurisdiction stated in your account terms.
4. Responsible use of automation and AI
AffVector may use automated systems, including AI, to detect fraud, review traffic quality, and support decisions. These systems assist — they do not replace human accountability. Where an automated check materially affects your account, you may ask for a human review.
5. Records and audit
We keep records of activity, commissions, and communications as required for accounting, compliance, and dispute resolution, and may audit accounts where fraud or breach is suspected.
6. Contact
Questions about these policies, or requests for review, can be raised with your affiliate manager or through the AffVector contact channels.
