Payments Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective 3 August 2026

How commissions are calculated, qualified, approved, and paid.

1. Commission models

AffVector offers three models, agreed per account:

  • CPA — a fixed amount for each qualified first-time depositor (FTD).
  • Revenue Share — a percentage of the net revenue generated by the players you refer, for their lifetime with the brand.
  • Hybrid — a combination of an upfront CPA and an ongoing Revenue Share.

2. Qualification

A conversion counts only when it is genuine, tracked to your link, and meets the brand’s qualification criteria (for example a real registration and a qualifying first deposit by a unique, eligible player). Net revenue is a player’s deposits and losses, less bonuses, chargebacks, fees, taxes, fraud, and other standard deductions defined for the brand.

3. Reporting and approval

Clicks, registrations, deposits, and commission are shown in your dashboard in as close to real time as our tracking allows. Reported figures are provisional until validated at the end of the period, when fraud, duplicate, and non-qualifying activity is removed. Validated figures prevail over live estimates.

4. Payment schedule

Commission is paid on the schedule set for your account — by default weekly — once validated and once your balance reaches the agreed minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next cycle.

5. Methods, currency, and fees

Payments are made by the methods offered for your region (for example bank transfer, e-wallet, or crypto). Commission is calculated in the account currency; you are responsible for any exchange, intermediary, or provider fees, and for your own taxes.

6. Holds, adjustments, and reversals

We may hold or adjust a payment while we investigate suspected fraud, policy breach, or reporting errors, and we may reverse commission linked to chargebacks, refunds, bonus abuse, self-referral, or players later found to be ineligible.

7. Negative balances

Under Revenue Share, if a period produces negative net revenue, your commission for that period is zero rather than negative. Whether a negative amount carries into the next period is defined in your account terms; where nothing is stated, balances are not carried negative across periods.

8. Dormant accounts

If an account has no qualifying activity and no login for twelve consecutive months, we may treat it as dormant and, where permitted by law, apply a maintenance adjustment or close the account after notice.
