Parties and acceptance2. Eligibility3. Your account4. The affiliate’s role5. Commissions6. Marketing conduct7. Brand and intellectual property8. Confidentiality9. Term and termination10. Liability11. Changes and governing terms ### 1. Parties and acceptance This Affiliate Agreement is entered into between AffVector (“AffVector”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or company that registers for and is approved into the AffVector affiliate program (the “Affiliate”, “you”). By registering, accessing your account, or promoting any AffVector brand, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and every policy in the AffVector Trust Center. ### 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts. Where you register as a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. Approval is at AffVector’s discretion. We may request verification of your identity, ownership of traffic sources, and business details before or during the partnership. ### 3. Your account You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that takes place under your account. One partner may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. ### 4. The affiliate’s role Once approved, you receive tracking links and creative assets to promote the AffVector brands you are assigned. You agree to promote them lawfully, honestly, and only through the channels you declared and we approved. You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. ### 5. Commissions You earn commission under the model agreed for your account: CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid. How commission is calculated, qualified, approved, and paid is set out in full in the Payments Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. ### 6. Marketing conduct Your promotion must at all times comply with the Traffic Policy and Compliance Policy. Traffic generated in breach of those policies may be rejected, reversed, or forfeited, and repeated or serious breaches may end the partnership. ### 7. Brand and intellectual property AffVector and the brands you promote retain all rights to their names, logos, and creative. You may use approved assets only to promote those brands under this Agreement, and only in the form we provide. You may not register domains, app names, social handles, or trademarks that imitate our brands. ### 8. Confidentiality Commercial terms, rates, reports, and non-public information shared with you are confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the partnership without our written consent. ### 9. Term and termination This Agreement runs until terminated. Either party may terminate for convenience on written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, or legal or regulatory reasons. On termination, your right to promote our brands ends immediately. Commission validly earned before termination is paid in the normal cycle, subject to the Payments and Traffic policies; commission linked to breach or fraud is forfeited. ### 10. Liability The program is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AffVector is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or applicable law. ### 11. Changes and governing terms We may update this Agreement and the Trust Center policies as described in the Governance Policy. The version and effective date shown at the top of each document controls. Continued participation after an update means you accept it. Previous version: 1.1, effective 3 August 2026. How commissions are calculated, qualified, approved, and paid. ### On this page 1. Commission models2. Qualification3. Reporting and approval4. Payment schedule5. Methods, currency, and fees6. Holds, adjustments, and reversals7. Negative balances8. Dormant accounts ### 1. Commission models AffVector offers three models, agreed per account: - CPA: a fixed amount for each qualified first-time depositor (FTD). - Revenue Share: a percentage of the net revenue generated by the players you refer, for their lifetime with the brand. - Hybrid: a combination of an upfront CPA and an ongoing Revenue Share. ### 2. Qualification A conversion counts only when it is genuine, tracked to your link, and meets the brand’s qualification criteria (for example a real registration and a qualifying first deposit by a unique, eligible player). Net revenue is a player’s deposits and losses, less bonuses, chargebacks, fees, taxes, fraud, and other standard deductions defined for the brand. ### 3. Reporting and approval Clicks, registrations, deposits, and commission are shown in your dashboard in as close to real time as our tracking allows. Reported figures are provisional until validated at the end of the period, when fraud, duplicate, and non-qualifying activity is removed. Validated figures prevail over live estimates. ### 4. Payment schedule Commission is paid on the schedule set for your account, once validated and once your balance reaches the agreed minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next cycle. ### 5. Methods, currency, and fees Payments are made by the methods offered for your region (for example bank transfer, e-wallet, or crypto). Commission is calculated in the account currency; you are responsible for any exchange, intermediary, or provider fees, and for your own taxes. ### 6. Holds, adjustments, and reversals We may hold or adjust a payment while we investigate suspected fraud, policy breach, or reporting errors, and we may reverse commission linked to chargebacks, refunds, bonus abuse, self-referral, or players later found to be ineligible. ### 7. Negative balances Under Revenue Share, if a period produces negative net revenue, your commission for that period is zero rather than negative. Whether a negative amount carries into the next period is defined in your account terms; where nothing is stated, balances are not carried negative across periods. ### 8. Dormant accounts If an account has no qualifying activity and no login for twelve consecutive months, we may treat it as dormant and, where permitted by law, apply a maintenance adjustment or close the account after notice. Purpose2. Accepted traffic3. Prohibited traffic4. Responsible promotion5. Fraud and manipulation6. Consequences ### 1. Purpose This policy defines what traffic and promotion are acceptable in the AffVector program. It protects players, brands, and honest affiliates, and it keeps the program compliant with the rules of the markets we operate in. ### 2. Accepted traffic You may promote through the channels you declared and we approved, typically SEO, content, paid search within brand rules, compliant paid social, and permission-based email. New channels must be declared before you use them. ### 3. Prohibited traffic The following are not permitted and will not be paid: - Bidding on, or using, AffVector or brand trademarks in paid search unless expressly authorised in writing. - Incentivised, misleading, or “forced” traffic, including fake bonuses, false claims, or cloaked landing pages. - Bot, generated, self-referred, or otherwise non-human or manipulated traffic. - Spam (unsolicited email, SMS, comments, or messaging), and traffic from illegal, adult, hateful, or infringing sources. - Co-branding, sub-affiliation, or media that implies an official relationship beyond what we approved. ### 4. Responsible promotion All promotion must be truthful and must not target minors or people who have self-excluded. Bonuses and offers must be shown with their real terms. Responsible-gambling messaging must not be hidden or contradicted. ### 5. Fraud and manipulation Any attempt to manipulate tracking, inflate conversions, disguise traffic sources, or misrepresent activity is a serious breach. We use manual and automated checks to detect it. ### 6. Consequences Traffic in breach of this policy may be rejected or reversed without payment. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination, forfeiture of affected commission, and, where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities. You must not promote into markets where online gambling, or its advertising, is prohibited or restricted. ### 3. Age and territory restrictions Promotion must be directed only at adults of legal gambling age (18+, or higher where required) and must never target minors. You must respect all geo-restrictions and blocked territories provided for each brand. ### 4. Tracking and attribution Conversions are attributed through AffVector’s tracking (links, cookies, and server-to-server postbacks).
